The fractional portion of sections 30 and 31
This portion of the report is relevant to assist with retracing the original line established in 1826. Lot # 81 in the Bayview Subdivision is listed as a parcel located in fractional sections 30 and 31. After reviewing and comparing the Bayview subdivision with the original map and survey of 1826, it would appear that the profile of the shoreline and fractional section line locations are a match. This is an important element when retracing the 1826 line eastward to find the corner location of section 32. There is great confusion as to where the section corner of 32 is located, and knowing where to start to retrace is critical.

2. Deed bk 102 pg 481 1946 Sealy to Taunton - describes lot #81 as fractional in both sections 30 and 31. This particular lot was excluded on the deed
3. Deed bk 108 pg 401 1947 Brown to Taunton - winter home lot #81 in sections 30 and 31
