The Constitution applies to the situation at hand
The Constitution, asserts that it was written by the people, so we have granted ourselves the freedom of speech and we are therefore able to publicly speculate (think about the various aspects of a given subject; meditate it; ponder it: (from Webster's Dictionary pg. 1368). This includes the meaning of the written Law and to examine how the authority and integrity of the Law, which effects us all, is applied. This then is the open forum of the Court of Public Opinion, and the power of Democracy.
By publishing our story we are convening the Court of Public Opinion and inviting everyone to examine our case. A founding principal of the United States is the private ownership of land.
As you read you become a juror and you will be faced with a choice; to be active or do nothing. As an active juror you have the power to ask questions, express comment, spark debate on these issues, and finally pass a judgment. You can do this thru the use of the “social media” and [email protected] .
Our purpose is to find the proper resolution, and bring about it’s implementation as an exercise in and of American democracy in action for the 21th Century.
The issues: Government accountability, and Consumer protection in real estate.
There are two prevailing questions to determine:
1). is there in fact a missing Federal law: a simple concept that was clearly intended by Congress, a concept that has been established and used as the subject of several legal publications, and recited in volumes of case law across the Nation. Yet a concept that by the error of omission and mistake, was never written and legislated into actual Federal Law and consequently it is missing in the Laws of 37 States as well. A concept that has dramatically effected Walter (our case study) and therefore can in fact effect millions of people and billions of dollar
